Job Summary
Primary Care Physician in Castro, San Francisco for One Medical. Full-time outpatient role managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits, delivering care in-person and via tele-health, collaborating with in-office and virtual teams, performing in-office procedures as appropriate, and supervising NP/PA colleagues. Requires residency in Internal or Family Medicine, board certification or eligibility, and California state licensure. Emphasis on human-centered primary care, effective use of technology in care delivery, and willingness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care; relocation assistance may be available. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- State licensure in California obtained before start date
- Completed Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
