Job Summary
As a Carbon Health Primary Care Physician, provide patient-centered care in a high-performing team. Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams, include basic women’s health services (Pap smears), develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans, care for adults (no pediatrics), interpret x-rays, labs, and EKGs, manage patient flow with Central Support, provide leadership for MA teams and support staff, and supervise PAs/NPs. Board-certified MD/DO in Family or Internal Medicine with an unrestricted DEA license and state licensure (or eligible) required. BLS required before first day. 4-day work week, no call, no weekends, holidays off. Sign-on and relocation bonus available. Salary range $260,000–$367,200 with potential incentive bonuses; comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match, CME allowance, and growth opportunities. Sacramento-area role with West Sacramento, CA site.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and unrestricted DEA license
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
- BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health
