Job Summary
Carbon Health seeks a Primary Care Physician in Roseville, CA to deliver patient-centered care within a high-performing, technology-enabled team. The role includes conducting history and physical exams, providing basic women’s health services (Pap smears), developing evidence-based workups and treatment plans, caring for adult patients (no pediatrics), interpreting X-rays, labs, and EKGs, managing patient flow with Central Support, and leading a team of medical assistants and support staff while supervising PAs/NPs. The ideal candidate is board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine, licensed or eligible in the state, skilled in fostering a positive team environment, and proficient with clinical technology and CarbyOS/EHR. The position offers a 4-day work week, no call or weekends, holidays off, sign-on/relocation bonus, comprehensive benefits, retirement match, CME allowance, and opportunities for clinical research and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified MD/DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Unrestricted DEA license
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
- BLS certification before first day
