Job Summary
Provide patient-centered primary care as part of a high-performing team in Carbon Health. Responsibilities include conducting history and physical exams, basic women’s health services (Pap smears), developing evidence-based workups and treatment plans, caring for adult patients (no pediatrics), interpreting x-rays, labs, and EKGs, managing patient flow with Central Support, and providing leadership for a team of MAs and support staff while supervising PAs/NPs and maintaining a patient panel with a focus on quality outcomes. Requires board-certified MD/DO in Family or Internal Medicine, state licensure or eligibility, DEA license, and BLS. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Unrestricted DEA license or eligible
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
