Job Summary
Provide patient-centered primary care for adults in a high-performing Carbon Health team. Core duties include conducting patient-focused history and physical exams, providing basic women’s health services (Pap smears), developing evidence-based workups and treatment plans, interpreting X-rays, labs, and EKGs, managing a patient panel with emphasis on quality outcomes, and supervising a team of MAs and support staff as well as PAs/NPs. Utilize CarbyOS to streamline care and reduce administrative burden. Willingness to lead and participate in a collaborative, innovative environment with opportunities for clinical research and continuous learning. Requirements include board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, an unrestricted DEA license, and state licensure or eligibility; BLS certification required before day one. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Unrestricted DEA license
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
- BLS certification (must be obtained before first day)
- Ability to provide basic women's health services (e.g., Pap smears)
