Job Summary
Manage a low pediatric panel of up to 20 patients daily across all ages using a hybrid care model of in-person visits and telemedicine. Collaborate with a Family Nurse Practitioner and local providers in a collegial network, leveraging tools like DAX Copilot A/I to minimize after-hours charting. Teach medical students and residents when available while participating in committees and leadership initiatives. Work a flexible schedule of five eight-hour days or four ten-hour days between 7 AM and 5 PM with a 1:7 call rotation. Join a not-for-profit practice offering a guaranteed base compensation of $275,000 for the first two years, comprehensive benefits including malpractice coverage, and up to $100,000 in med school debt assistance.
Required Qualifications
- No Non-Compete in Employment Agreement
- Qualified Candidates must have completed a U.S. Residency Program
- be BE or BC by the ABMS (ABIM, ABFM)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
