Manage patient care with a manageable load of up to 20 patients daily across all ages, utilizing a hybrid model of in-person visits and telehealth. Collaborate with a Family Nurse Practitioner and local providers in a collegial network, while leveraging tools like EPIC EMR, MyChart, and DAX Copilot to minimize after-hours charting. Participate in teaching medical students and residents when available, and engage in committees, leadership roles, and special interest initiatives. Work a flexible schedule of five eight-hour days or four ten-hour days between 7 AM and 5 PM, with a 1:7 call rotation shared equally among group physicians.
