Primary Care Physician- Bilingual in Spanish Required

Provide equitable, value-based primary care for local Medicare patients at Oak Street Health centers. Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics; oversee, direct, and administer primary care; prescribe and administer medications; maintain EMR data via Canopy and Greenway; collaborate with regional/central leadership to meet health quality goals; work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team; participate in duties as assigned. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Role may include Center Medical Director consideration for qualified candidates. Requires MD or DO with board certification (or eligible), active state license, and active DEA; US work authorization. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred where applicable. Anticipated weekly hours: 40. Pay range noted as $174,070.00 - $374,920.00.
