Primary Care Physician- Bilingual in Spanish

Primary Care Physician at Oak Street Health providing equitable, value-based care to Medicare patients in a Houston-area clinic. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing patients, overseeing and administering primary care, prescribing medications, maintaining patient EMR data via Canopy and Greenway, collaborating with regional/central leadership to meet health quality goals, and directing the care team with Practice Managers. Requires MD/DO, board certification (or eligible), active state license, and DEA license; US work authorization. Preferred: geriatrics fellowship and experience in geriatric outpatient primary care in a value-based model; bilingual in Spanish is advantageous. Full-time, 40 hours/week with benefits; salary in the 240k-270k range, with location/experience influencing offer.
