Primary Care Physician - Base salary begins at $320k

Outpatient-only primary care physician position within a Geisinger-affiliated CommunityCare network. Role supports an physician/APP panel sharing model with an on-site nurse call center, nurse coordinators for high-need patients, centralized prescription refills, and an interdisciplinary team with quick access to specialty services. Epic EMR is used across the system. Benefits include an experience-based base salary starting at $320k, residency/fellow stipends up to $45k, recruitment incentives, CME funds ($4,500) and 15 CME days, fully paid relocation, 401k contributions, paid time off, and academic involvement with medical students and residents.
