Job Summary
Outpatient primary care physician role in Geisinger-affiliated community care with salary starting at $320k; includes relocation, CME funds, recruitment incentives, and a collaborative care model with Epic EMR implementation. Responsibilities include outpatient clinic duties, panel sharing, on-call support with nurse coordination, and care coordination within an interdisciplinary team. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
- Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania
- Experience with Epic EMR (preferred)
- Ability to provide outpatient care
- Interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Board-certified or eligible in family medicine or internal medicine
- Residency trained in relevant field
- License in good standing in Pennsylvania
- CME participation
- On-call coverage
- Nurse call center coordination
- Outstanding patient care and procedural skills
