Job Summary
Manage outpatient-only primary care for Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Med/Peds patients within a collaborative APP panel sharing model. Deliver clinical services Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, including one evening weekly and a Saturday rotation of approximately one in six shifts. Utilize Epic EMR and new ambient voice dictation tools to streamline documentation while adhering to value-based care guidelines. Support the team through a robust system featuring a 24/7 nurse call center, centralized prescription refill services, and behavioral health collaboration.
