Primary Care Physician - Base salary begins at $320k

Lead the Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Residency at Geisinger Milton as the Ambulatory Site Director, serving continuity clinic patients half-days weekly and managing ambulatory rotations for twenty residents. Develop ambulatory curriculum, mentor preceptors, and oversee resident quality metrics while collaborating with program leadership to ensure shared goals are met. Manage clinic-based quality improvement projects and provide faculty development for residents pursuing Primary Care careers. Work within a collaborative care model using Epic EMR and new ambient voice dictation tools, supported by behavioral health collaboration and centralized prescription refill teams. Enjoy an outpatient-only schedule with flexibility, including Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 4:30 PM, one evening weekly, and a required Saturday rotation.
