Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care services for Veterans within the VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System at staffed clinics in Canandaigua, Bath, Rochester, Elmira, and Wellsville. Maintain 40-hour weekday schedules (Mon-Fri, 7:30 am–4:00 pm) with no on-call shifts or nights; manage acute and chronic conditions; order and interpret diagnostic testing; document in CPRS electronic health record; ensure test results are communicated per VA standards; participate in quality and safety initiatives; collaborate with dedicated RN, LPN, and MSA support; benefit from malpractice coverage and long-term federal contract stability; must hold MD or DO and be board certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; possess an active unrestricted U.S. medical license and VA credentialing/privileging eligibility; DEA registration.
Required Qualifications

- Current BLS and ACLS
- Eligible for VA credentialing and privileging
