Job Summary
Manage a patient panel with broad needs by conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, at testing centers, or via tele-health. Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues while utilizing specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures. Collaborate with teammates through daily huddles and weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning. Obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states as needed. This full-time role is based in Seattle (Ballard), WA, with a base salary range of $274,900 to $292,125. Candidates must hold a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency and practice in an outpatient primary care setting for at least two of the last five years.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in Washington, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients
