Job Summary
Provide treatment to individuals with mental or physical injuries, dysfunctional behavior, or developmental disabilities while maintaining continuity of health care and medical treatments. Guide interdisciplinary habilitative treatment team members in formulating and implementing comprehensive individual care and treatment program plans. Requires an active, unrestricted MD/DO Pennsylvania license, DEA registration with prescriptive authority, and board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine. Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
- Active, unrestricted MD/DO Pennsylvania license or ability to obtain one
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration with prescriptive authority
- Ability to pass credentialing and background check
