Primary Care Physician, 4-Day Work Week, No Call, Holidays Off

Carbon Health seeks a Board-certified Primary Care Physician (MD/DO in Family or Internal Medicine) to provide patient-centered care in a collaborative team setting. Responsibilities include conducting patient-focused history and physical exams, basic women’s health services (Pap smears), developing evidence-based workups and treatment plans, care for adult patients (no pediatrics), interpreting x-rays, labs, and EKGs, managing patient flow with Central Support, and providing leadership by supervising a team of MAs and support staff, and supervising PAs/NPs with emphasis on quality outcomes. Requirements include unrestricted state license or eligibility, BLS before first day, and a commitment to innovation and technology-driven care. The role offers a 4-day work week, no call, no weekends, holidays off, a base salary with potential incentives, and comprehensive benefits, with location at San Rafael, CA.
