Job Summary
Provide compassionate, patient-centered primary care as part of a high-performing, collaborative team in Carbon Health. Role includes basic women's health services (Pap smears), interpreting X-rays/labs/EKGs, managing a patient panel with emphasis on quality outcomes, supervising PAs/NPs, and leading a team of MAs and support staff within a 4-day work week with no call, no weekends, and holidays off. Board-certified physicians in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with active or eligible state licensure, BLS, and a strong focus on technology-driven care and innovation. Full-time compensation with base salary plus potential incentive bonuses; comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Unrestricted DEA license
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
- BLS certification (required before first day)
