Job Summary
See 10 to 15 patients daily, detect and manage chronic diseases, and develop strategies to reduce hospitalization and ER visits. Collaborate with case managers and specialty providers while educating patients on compliance value. Provide top-quality preventive care to a geriatric population using latest medical guidelines. Fluent in English and Spanish with a full Florida medical license and DEA. No weekends required; $300k annual take home with immediate healthcare benefits, CME, PTO, and retirement plan. Sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Completed US residency program
- Experience in value based care
- BC in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics - Required
- Full, unrestricted Florida Medical License
- DEA
- Fluent in English and Spanish - Required
- Comfortable using E clinical works (EMR)
