Provide comprehensive primary care services across Berkshire County outpatient clinics within Berkshire Health Systems, supported by APP and Medical Assistant teams, in a collaborative, physician-led environment. Compensation features a guaranteed base salary of $299,000 with a $100,000 sign-on, plus an annual 6% bonus opportunity, CME allowance, and RVU incentives as you transition to production. Located in the scenic Berkshires with strong emphasis on work-life balance and community-focused care, and easy access to major metro areas.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from accredited program
- Board-certified or board-eligible in primary care or family medicine
- Active medical license in Massachusetts or eligibility to practice
- Ability to provide comprehensive primary care services in outpatient clinics
- Strong clinical skills in acute and preventive care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care and community health
