Primary Care Physician position at the Monroe VA Clinic in Monroe, LA. Responsibilities include providing outpatient care with comprehensive assessment, diagnostic work-up, and clinic intervention; collaborating with the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model; distinguishing normal versus abnormal findings to establish diagnoses; ordering/evaluating diagnostic tests, initiating referrals/consultations, and scheduling with Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and occasional weekend call.
