Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for approximately 12 patients daily, delivering in-depth, personalized care in Lafayette, Brownsburg, or Indianapolis. Work alongside clinical pharmacists, mental health clinicians, and nurses within an interdisciplinary team framework. Engage in teaching and mentorship to shape the future of medicine. Maintain a structured schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with no call requirements and protected administrative time. Submit your CV to Candace Fitzgerald for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia
- United States Citizenship
- Selective Service Registration (for males born after 12/31/1959)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to serve a probationary period
- Must be able to undergo a background check
- Must be able to undergo security clearance
- Must be able to undergo drug screening
