Job Summary

Conduct outpatient primary care for approximately 12 patients daily in Lafayette, Brownsburg, or Indianapolis, focusing on in-depth, personalized treatment. Collaborate with Clinical Pharmacists, Mental Health clinicians, and Nurses within an interdisciplinary team-based approach. Engage in teaching and mentorship to shape the future of medicine. Maintain a structured schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with no call and protected administrative time. Submit your CV to Candace Fitzgerald for consideration.

Required Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia
  • United States Citizenship
  • Selective Service Registration (for males born after 12/31/1959)
  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English
