Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for approximately 12 patients daily, providing in-depth, personalized service in Lafayette, Brownsburg, or Indianapolis. Work alongside clinical pharmacists, mental health clinicians, and nurses within an interdisciplinary team-based approach. Engage in teaching and mentoring young professionals to shape the future of medicine. Maintain a structured schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with no call rotation and protected administrative time. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package including a competitive salary, annual performance bonus, and a Loan Repayment Program up to $200K.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia
- United States Citizenship
- Selective Service Registration (for males born after 12/31/1959)
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English
