Multiple outpatient Primary Care Physician openings in Rural Health Clinics across Illinois, with no inpatient responsibilities, minimal call (OSF After-Hours Call Center handles first call), flexible 4-5 day schedules, use of AI-assisted note writing, embedded care coordinators, and a supportive care-team model.
