Job Summary
Primary Care Openings in multiple Rural Health Clinic locations. Outpatient physician roles with no inpatient responsibilities, 4-5 day work week, AI-assisted note writing, embedded care coordinators, mentorship, and a supportive care-team model. H1B/J1 visa accepted. EPIC EMR. Flexible compensation with base salary in the $285k-$305k range plus signing bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits. Locations include Alton, Bloomington, Danville, Dixon, El Paso, Fairbury, Galesburg, Kewanee, Ottawa, Peoria, Sterling, and Tremont/Hopedale in Illinois. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active medical license in IL or ability to obtain
- EMR experience (EPIC preferred)
- Ability to obtain H1B/J1 visa
- Strong team-based care skills
- Excellent communication and patient-centered care
