Primary Care Openings across multiple Rural Health Clinics in Illinois, focusing on outpatient care with no inpatient responsibilities, minimal call, and a collaborative care team. Responsibilities include management of an established patient panel, use of AI-assisted note writing, EPIC EMR utilization, and participation in a group call rotation. Mentorship opportunities and embedded care coordinators support at-risk patients. Flexible scheduling (4-5 day work week) and potential signing bonus. Recruitment across numerous IL locations with concierge relocation services. H1B and J1 visas accepted. Physician base salary range is $285,000-$305,000 with additional compensation components possible.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active medical license in Illinois
- Ability to obtain or maintain privileges at OSF HealthCare facilities
- H1B and J1 visa applications accepted
