Job Summary
Primary Care Openings in multiple outpatient settings at Rural Health Clinics. roles involve ambulatory care with minimal call and no inpatient responsibilities, a group call rotation, and flexible 4-5 day schedules. Opportunities to leverage AI-assisted note writing, embedded care coordinators, a collaborative care team model, and mentorship. Visa support (H1B/J1) is accepted. EPIC EMR is used. Locations include several Illinois communities (Alton, Godfrey, Bloomington, Danville, Dixon, El Paso, Fairbury, Galesburg, Kewanee, Ottawa, Peoria, Sterling, Tremont/Hopedale). Benefits package includes generous PTO, holidays, sick leave, CME time and dollars, signing bonus, relocation services, health/dental/life/retirement plans, malpractice coverage, student loan repayment, and physician leadership development. Full-time clinical base salary range of $285k-$305k, with potential bonuses/incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Family medicine or internal medicine board eligible/board certified
- Ability to work in ambulatory outpatient settings
- Experience with EPIC EMR a plus
- Licensure in applicable state(s) where positions are located
