Job Summary
Outpatient primary care physician opportunities across Rural Health Clinics with no inpatient responsibilities, minimal call, and a 4- to 5-day work week. Physicians will utilize AI technology for note writing, work within a care-team model with embedded care coordinators, and have access to mentorship and career development through our Physician Leadership Academy. H1B and J1 visa applications accepted. EMR: EPIC. Benefits include signing bonus, relocation services, generous PTO, CME support, health/dental/retirement plans, malpractice coverage, and loan repayment options. Full-time clinical base salary range: $285,000-$305,000 with potential additional incentives.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO or equivalent
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active/unrestricted medical license in IL or eligible for licensure in IL
- H1B/J1 visa candidates accepted
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
