Job Summary
Outpatient primary care physician opportunities across Rural Health Clinics in Illinois and Texas. No inpatient responsibilities; minimal call with OSF After-Hours Call Center handling first call. Flexible 4- to 5-day work weeks with AI-assisted note writing, embedded Care Coordinators for at‐risk patients, and a strong care-team model with substantial clinical support. EPIC EMR used; mentorship opportunities and a Physician Leadership Academy. H1B and J1 visa applications accepted. Signing bonus and concierge relocation services available. Full-time base salary range: $285,000–$305,000, with potential additional compensation components.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO (implied in physician role)
- Board certification/eligibility in family medicine or internal medicine
- Licensed to practice medicine in Illinois or ability to obtain license
