Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with CT State License, Federal DEA and State Controlled Substance Registration
- Have successfully completed a Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine Residency
- Must be Board Certified or be Board Eligible
- Off-hour coverage - Shared among multiple providers, phone-calls only, with nurse triage
