Job Summary
Primary Care Nurse RN or LPN at Mercy Clinic Quailbrook in Oklahoma City. Hybrid remote after a 90-day full-time in-person training period; the hybrid schedule will be 2-3 days per week onsite after training. Works with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver patient-centered care, partnering with patients and the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel. Requires nursing diploma and active Oklahoma licensure; BSN preferred. Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with day-one benefits and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and retirement plans.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing (RN or LPN)
- Active nursing licensure in the state of Oklahoma (RN or LPN)
- Preferred Education: BSN
- Preferred Experience: 6 months of nursing experience (Primary Care experience helpful but not required)
- Duties performed under the direction of the primary care operations team to provide patient-centered care
- Hybrid remote position with 90 days of full-time in-person training and 2-3 days onsite after training
