Job Summary
Primary Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to support Mercy Primary Care Providers. Hybrid remote role following at least 90 days of full-time, in-person clinic training. After training, hybrid schedule will be 2-3 days per week onsite. Responsibilities include providing safe, timely, patient-centered care, partnering with patients, providers, and the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel, and performing duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Licensure in Oklahoma required; Diploma from an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred; at least 6 months nursing experience in primary care strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing (RN or LPN)
- Active nursing licensure in the state of Oklahoma (RN or LPN)
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- 6 months nursing experience in Primary Care preferred
