Job Summary
Under the direction of the primary care operations team, provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. Partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel. Maintain RN licensure within the hiring state or compact licensure, and hold Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or complete the course within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, or PALS may be required based on the unit. This role involves prolonged standing and walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending, kneeling, and squatting to perform duties. Work 32+ hours per pay period with access to medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, tuition support, and matched retirement plans.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
