Job Summary
Provide medical services to individuals, families, and groups while emphasizing health promotion, acute care, and chronic disease management. Collect and document data, conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order laboratory studies, and schedule professional consultations to augment physician capabilities. Work collaboratively with multiple internal medicine providers within the Primary Care team at our Fairburn outpatient practice. This full-time role includes Monday through Friday hours and offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and certification support for the Patient Center Medical Home.
Required Qualifications
- at least 2 years' experience working as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Masters, Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification
- Licensed as a Nurse and approved to practice as a NP by State of Georgia with National Certification
