Primary Care - Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Augusta

Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to assist in diagnosing medical and surgical problems, including reviewing diagnostic tests and prescribing treatment. Take patient histories, conduct physical examinations, and record progress notes while developing therapeutic relationships. Order and interpret laboratory studies, obtain written consents, and explain procedures to patients. Carry out therapeutic tasks such as wound suturing and dressing changes, monitor patient progress, and formulate treatment plans. Serve as a resource for office clinical staff during the physician's absence and participate in clinical trials as a primary or sub-investigator. Maintain effective communication with the team and experts while managing multiple priorities.
