Primary Care Nurse Practitioner | Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management. Conduct annual wellness exams, including women's health visits, and evaluate, diagnose, and manage common medical conditions in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care while maintaining accurate documentation in the eClinicalWorks electronic health record. Promote health education to support long-term patient wellness. This full-time role offers a traditional Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, no hospital rounding, and no call. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are required due to the patient population.
