Job Summary
Join Meridian Health Services as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to provide quality care in underserved communities. Requires a Master's degree in nursing, RN licensure, and Nurse Practitioner certification. Experience in community health preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a master's degree in nursing from a Nurse Practitioner program
- Must be eligible for or have prescriptive authority (DEA license) under Indiana State Board of Nursing criteria
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Indiana or eligible for Indiana licensure
- Nurse Practitioner certification required (Family Practice, Psychiatric/Behavioral Health, and/or Pediatrics)
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) years' related experience preferred
- Experience in community mental health or community health setting preferred
Additional Requirements
- Drug screen, TB test, extensive background check, and fingerprinting required
- Flu shot and Covid vaccination recommended
