Job Summary
Lead a mission-focused primary care team while continuing to care for patients in Vermont's scenic regions. Manage nurse practitioners and interdisciplinary support staff including triage nurses, population health managers, and community health workers. Deliver thoughtful clinical care with 40-minute complex visits and 20-minute lower acuity visits across three clinical days per week. Dedicate two days to leadership responsibilities and program development within a fully integrated whole-person care model. This role supports a base salary between $275,000 and $300,000, with potential to reach $325,000, for a board-certified Family Medicine physician seeking work-life balance in a rural setting.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible physician in Family Medicine
