Job Summary
Provide primary care diagnosis and treatment integrated within Cascadia’s behavioral health services to clients with mental health or substance use disorders, leading the primary care staff in team-based care at Cascadia Health Center and coordinating care across Cascadia’s outpatient clinics, residential, or community sites. Deliver medications management and Medication Supported Recovery, collaborate with psychiatric providers, contribute to wellness-program development, participate in after-hours triage, ensure high-quality care through chart reviews and quality dashboards, and support safety and HIPAA/compliance requirements within a collaborative care framework.
Required Qualifications
- Active state medical license in Adult Medicine or Internal Medicine MD or DO including maintenance requirements and DEA certification
- Three years of clinical experience with primary care
- Experience using an electronic health record (EPIC preferred)
- Experience serving communities of color and immigrant populations preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
