Job Summary
Primary Care LPN responsible for rooming patients, documenting vitals, administering medications and injections with precise documentation, updating patient information, supporting clinic operations, and providing high-quality nursing care under physician supervision in a daytime outpatient setting. Must demonstrate strong nursing principles, excellent communication, independence with collaboration, and flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed. Active Virginia LPN license and a patient-first mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
