Primary Care LPN

Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient by providing high-quality nursing care under physician direction. Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, and maintain accurate EHR records while administering medications and injections safely. Update patient information at each visit, including medications, allergies, and medical history, and answer phone calls to assist with questions and route messages efficiently. Maintain professionalism and compassion while supporting smooth clinic operations. Requires an active Virginia LPN license, high school diploma, and ability to travel to satellite locations. Full-time daytime outpatient role with comprehensive benefits and competitive pay ranging from $24 to $34 per hour.
