Primary Care LPN

Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient by providing high-quality nursing care under physician direction. Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, and maintain accurate EHR records. Administer medications and injections safely, ensuring complete documentation of dosage, route, and patient response. Update patient information at each visit, including medications, allergies, and medical history. Answer patient phone calls, assist with questions, and route messages to providers efficiently to support smooth clinic operations. Requires an active Virginia LPN license, high school diploma, and strong communication skills. Full-time daytime outpatient setting with competitive pay ranging from $24 to $34 per hour.
