Primary Care LPN

Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient by providing high-quality nursing care under physician and office leadership direction. Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, and maintain accurate EHR records while administering medications and injections safely. Update patient information at each visit, including medications, allergies, and medical history, and answer patient phone calls to route messages to providers efficiently. Maintain professionalism and compassion while supporting smooth clinic operations. Requires an active Virginia LPN license, high school diploma, and ability to travel to satellite locations. Stable daytime, outpatient setting with full-time benefits and competitive pay ranging from $24 to $34/hour.
