Job Summary
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a national multi-channel Primary Care engagement program. Translate market research and intelligence into functional insights to identify gaps and validate assumptions. Manage end-to-end delivery to ensure projects are achieved on time, within scope, and budget. Engage cross-functional teams on education programs and toolkits that are clinically credible while collaborating with sales, marketing, clinical, and commercial stakeholders. Set clear briefs, manage scope and budget, and hold to committed timelines. Represent the program to senior stakeholders as it matures.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a primary care related role, whether in a commercial, clinical, consulting or strategic capacity
- A genuine strategic understanding of the Primary Care industry
- Proven track record leading complex projects or programs from design through delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing third party research or consulting partners
- Exposure to the Medical Device industry
- The ability to align commercial thinking with clinical credibility
- Comfortable with ambiguity
