Primary Care Lead Physician-Outpatient

Lead Physician for Berkshire Health Systems’ Primary Care practice; mentor clinicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care; develop and implement evidence-based care standards, collaborate with administrative leadership to improve workflows, and lead quality improvement initiatives. Requires MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or related primary care specialty) and a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in primary care, with leadership experience preferred. This role focuses on guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive preventive and chronic disease management, shaping care standards, promoting staff education, and advancing patient outcomes in an outpatient setting.
