Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary Primary Care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a hospital-employed outpatient setting. Drive clinical excellence by fostering evidence-based practice, developing and implementing clinical guidelines, leading quality improvement initiatives, and partnering with administrative leadership to optimize workflows and the patient experience. The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and shaping care standards within Berkshire Health Systems to improve patient outcomes across the practice and community.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting; prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
