Primary Care Lead Physician-Outpatient

Lead Physician role within Berkshire Health Systems' Primary Care practice, directing and mentoring a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across preventive and chronic disease management. Responsible for clinical leadership, collaboration with administrative leadership and specialists, development and implementation of clinical guidelines, ongoing staff education, and participation in quality-improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, safety, and outcomes. Requires MD/DO with board certification in Family or Internal Medicine (or related primary care), at least 3 years of clinical primary care experience, and demonstrated leadership and communication skills to foster a collaborative, evidence-based care environment.
