Job Summary
Lead Physician to mentor and guide a team of clinicians in a Berkshire Health Systems Primary Care practice. Lead, inspire, and mentor clinicians; provide high-quality, evidence-based care for a diverse patient population; help develop clinical guidelines; collaborate with administrative leadership to improve workflows and patient experience; stay current with medical advances and promote staff education; lead quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care, safety, and outcomes. MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary care specialty, minimum 3 years of clinical experience, and leadership experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting
- prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and foster collaboration and continuous improvement
