Job Summary
Lead Physician responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care; develop clinical guidelines, collaborate with administrative leadership to improve workflows and patient experience, stay current with medical advancements, promote staff education, and participate in quality-improvement initiatives within Berkshire Health Systems' outpatient primary care practice.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting; prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients, team members, and leadership
- Deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and foster collaboration and continuous improvement
